Victoria has worked full-time in real estate since 2008, representing buyers, sellers and investors throughout Southern California. Victoria's background did not begin in real estate. Growing up in Southern California, she spent part of her early life in entertainment as a Disney Mouseketeer and competed nationally and internationally as a baton twirler, earning championship titles along the way.
Those experiences built habits that translate naturally to real estate: preparation, timing, attention to detail and the ability to stay composed when a decision has to be made quickly. Those qualities matter when a quick move-in is repriced, an incentive changes, a preferred building position becomes available or a buyer needs to compare multiple Lennar homes at once.
Victoria's business has grown through repeat clients and referrals. She values long-term relationships and the confidence that comes from clients knowing the person giving the advice is also the person responsible for guiding the transaction.
